MINI-CONTROLLER

In your desktop you have a small "Mini-Controller" where you have quick access to various Desktop Calendar functions.

There are three buttons in "Mini-Controller". With arrow buttons "<" & ">" you can quickly jump to previous and next month.

When clicking on "Menu" a popup-menu opens (see red arrow)

• Today
  Makes current date visible.
• Month
  You can quickly select a month in a current year.
• Select Date ...
  Selects any date, makes it visible in calendar and opens it's entry window.
• Entry Section
  Here you can select you current entry section.
• Week Rows
  Select how many week rows you want to be visible in your calendar
• Swap Corner
  Toggles "Mini-Controller" position (left or right)
• Open Program
  Opens the "Desktop Calendar" program window.
• Close Mini-controller
  Hides "Mini-controller". You can get it back using "Desktop Calendar's" Tray menu

ENTRY WINDOW

In the image to the right you can see an entry window and it's popup-menu.

Entry Window is the place where you enter/edit your date entries (see red arrow).

Open the entry window by triple-clicking a date on your desktop image. (Calendar program must be running)

Close it by clicking (X) or anywhere else on your desktop. A few seconds later the updated image is available on your desktop.

• Entry window will automatically open with a same size as the date cell.
• If Auto Height is on, the height of the window will be adjusted automatically.
• If the window seems too small for you you can resize it from the edges. Program will remember the fixed size until you reset it using a menu item Reset Size.

When you right-click on the entry window a popup-menu appears like in the image above.

Color codes:

Every date cell can have 8 different color attributes (see popup-menu). You can repeat the color codes by pressing shift-key at the same time you select the color from the menu.

You can access the program's Tray-menu by right-clicking on the program icon.

Open the program window when you need more detailed control.
