always starts from the 1st day of the month. If ticked, the calendar
scrolls up every week making it "float".

Select what is shown in calendar's title
- Week rows
Number of week rows that are visible in the calendar. This is
not the number of weeks as some weeks break up into two rows.
- Past weeks
Maximum number of week rows that will show above the current week.
This item is only available if floating month
feature is on.
- Week start
Select the first day of week. In some countries week starts on
Sunday and in some on Monday, but you can select any day you like.
- Default holidays
Week days that are displayed red
by default.
